Excellent service. Elite PC removed dangerous malware that eluded the virus checker I subscribe to. Ken the owner also identified and fixed the source of my Windows PC's low upload speed, something my internet provider could never do. I was happily surprised he saw the value in my older business-level desktop Dell and was able to not just keep it going but improve its performance with a new solid state hard drive and network tuneup. Elite PC services in New Jersey got my computer back on track super quick. I had a messy Windows install messing up my drive, but they fixed it in just a couple hours. Ken with ElitePC was awesome! I came in with fan and laptop not charging issues, and we got both of those resolved quickly. Ken was overall a great dude. I was calling around shops to get a rough estimate on a cpu cooler replacement and off the bat ken had great customer service even offered me a deal on a cooler fan he had for a great deal! He helped me through out the whole process and also had it done same day (in one hour). A lot of these other repair shops were rude and charging stupid fees and telling me it would take 3-5 days to replace the cooler. Amazing guy Ken is, absolutely best technician in NJ no doubt. He will call and make sure you’re both on the same page, makes sure prices are known so you don’t feel scammed. Ken at ElitePC is excellent and truly the most professional and well-intentioned repairman. My laptop crashed unexpectedly the night before a big paper was due. I came in without an appointment (He's usually appointment only, so please call ahead) after Microcenter quoted me a ridiculous price and an insane amount of time for repairs, essentially pushing me to buy a new laptop. However, Ken did his best to help me. He was honest about the costs, explained what could be done, and provided regular updates on the progress. He spent the day fixing my laptop, using spare parts from a donor laptop just to ensure I could have it back on the same day, knowing how important it was for me. When I picked it up, he advised me on how to avoid another catastrophe like this in the future. It was clear that his intention was to fix my laptop, not to secure more business for himself.
